VIDEOCLIP ITALIA AWARDS
Videoclip Italia Awards is the Italian award dedicated to music videos. It is organized and promoted by the webmag Videoclip Italia.
On May 2026, the fifth edition will take place in Milan.
2026 EDITION: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate you can submit your work through our section on the FilmFreeway platform. Entry fee per entry per category is €20 (plus FilmFreeway added fees).
Who can participate? Anyone who has taken part in the making of a music video: directors, dop, editors, producers or the artist of the video themself. The awards are open to both established professionals and young talents who want to get noticed and stand out. As long as you meet all the criteria (timing, payment, characteristics of the video) potentially anyone can enter one or more music videos, there are no restrictions in this regard.

A total of twenty prizes will be awarded. The prizes are divided into three macro-categories.

BEST INTERNATIONAL MUSIC VIDEO
This is the only award open to music videos made for foreign (not Italian) artists. Only music videos published on YouTube between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 are eligible for the 2026 edition of the Awards. The prize will be awarded to the director of the music video.
The jury of this category will be composed of some of the best Italian producers, directors, cinematographers and music video experts.
JUDGING PROCESS
Each judge will have to express a vote from 1 to 10 for each video, basing their judgment on the artistic merit, creative contribution and technical level of each entry.
Within one month from the award ceremony, the shortlist will be announced on this website and on the social media profile of the organization.
The winners will be revealed during the award ceremony to be held next MAY (TBA).
AWARD CEREMONY
The most important moment of the Videoclip Italia Awards is represented by the awards ceremony. A special evening that will be held in may 2026 (TBA).
It will not only be an opportunity to discover the winners, but also an unmissable event for all fans of music videos to meet and celebrate together.
2025 EDITION - RECAP
The video recap and some photos from the 2025 edition – The fourth edition of the Videoclip Italia Awards was held at BASE, a famous venue in Milan, in the presence of around 500 enthusiastic guests including fans, directors, producers and industry insiders
FKA twigs’Â Eusexua, directed by Jordan Hemingway, won in the Best International Music Video category in 2024.
